sleep: 11pm to 730am (alarm)

8am: 2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with half avocado

12pm: spinach salad with 2oz chicken breast, 3oz grilled steak, tomato, half avocado and Tessemae's dressing

2pm: 2 paleo no bake cookies (generous gift from a coworker)

530pm: workout

730pm: 8oz leftover grilled steak and 5oz roasted sweet potato sauteed in coconut oil

9pm: 15 strawberries
