9am: 2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with half avocado
12pm: spinach salad with 3-4oz chicken, 3-4oz steak, tomato, half avocado and Tessemae's dressing
4pm: cider, pistachios
8pm: banana with almond butter
