830am: 2 boiled eggs, rice (1/4c dry) and half avocado

930am: opt-she

1030am: progenex with coconut water

12pm: 2 sliced of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with roasted sweet potato

4pm: 90 minute massage

7pm: roasted chicken (drumsticks and thighs), 10-15 strawberries, kombucha
