rest day

sleep: 11pm to 8am (alarm; tossed and turned all night and was up from 130-3)

830am: bacon and eggs with avocado

12pm: spinach salad with chicken, steak, avocado, tomato, Tessemae's

6pm: grilled salmon; steamed broccoli; steamed rice; kombucha

8pm: strawberries
