sleep: 11pm to 7am (no alarm)

8am: eggs with avocado and rice

10am: workout

11am: progenex

1230pm: bacon and eggs with sweet potato

6pm: chili, cider, assorted paleo goodies

Previous time was 10:33 in February 2012.  Thrusters felt really good, but pullups got really hard, really quick.  Grip was shot and forearms refused to work.  Hoping to go sub-7 this year.
