Knee seems to have tolerated yesterday's front squats just fine, so whatever weirdness I was feeling doesn't seem to have consequences.  And, I finally got my crappy student health insurance to pay for the MRI! Hooray!

Massage Monday! Hooray!

plus lots of mobility throughout the day.  Not feeling too beat up, but legs (calves especially) are a little sore.

Knee is about the same.  Was a little concerned on Saturday after the OPTathlon - it was really swollen (new development) and hurt a lot more than it had been, so iced the crap out of it and took an enormous amount of ibuprofen.  I'm guessing from the run?  It started hurting about half-way through the 3k (had not been hurting when running shorter distances over the past few weeks).  But, then it went back to normal on Sunday and today feels the same as it has been - sharp pain squatting below parallel but otherwise barely noticeable, so I don't think it's any worse... and it clearly isn't affecting performance, so I don't know what to think.
