430pm: 3x (400m run + 21 KB swings (35lbs) + 12 pull ups): 15:28 (about 75% effort)
eat:
8am: 3 scrambled eggs (one was a double-yolk! score!)
12pm: chipotle bowl: barbacoa, carnitas, salsa and guacamole
7pm: paleo "fried" chicken; sauteed kale with carrots; boiled sweet potato; 3 or 4 glasses red wine
830pm: grapes
It's so nice to eat paleo meals with friends! :)
