sleep: 12am to 730am (no alarm)

8am: 30:00 walk

9am:2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs scrambled with half avocado

12pm: spinach salad with 3-4oz chicken, 3-4oz steak, tomato, half avocado and Tessemae's dressing

230pm: banana

430pm: opt-she

530pm: progenex

7pm: ground beef sauteed with butternut squash and spinach; kombucha

5551 meters – kept it around 2:40/500m. This felt nice and easy today.  And much less stressful than the first time we did this!
