This weekend I'm taking a much needed weekend getaway to NYC! I know I won't sleep very much, won't workout at all, will drink way more than I should and will eat some things that are not good for me. C'est la vie! It's only three days.

open WOD 12.3: AMRAP in 18 minutes of 15 box jumps (20") + 12 push press (75lbs) + 9 toes to bar: 218 (6 rounds + 2 jumps). That was much harder than I thought it would be. It was also hard doing it when it was so quiet in the gym - pretty sure I could have gotten another half a round if I did it Saturday morning with everyone else.

eat:
7am: butternut beef scramble
2pm: Carlton salad at the Cheesecake Factory (chicken, apples, oranges, avocado, dried cranberries, goat cheese, pecans)
6pm: sausage sweet potato spinach scramble
