sleep: asleep by 130am, up at 630am without an alarm and a little hungover

rest day

eat:
730am: butternut squash beef scramble
1230pm: scrambled eggs with tomato
4pm: chili with butternut squash
5pm: blueberries
6pm: steamed broccoli; baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon

So freaking hungry this afternoon!!
