8 DB walking lunge steps (20s/30s/30s)
8 DB hang squat cleans (20s/30s/30s)
400m run @ 90%
5:00 active rest
+3 sets of:
:20 AirDyne @ 100%
2:40 active rest

eat:
11am: banana and 1oz cheddar
1pm: chili with butternut squash
6pm: sausage spinach sweet potato scramble
8pm: blueberries
