sleep: asleep by 1030pm, up at 6am without an alarm

work: 430pm:
10x 2 clean-grip deadlift EMOM: 115lbs
400m farmer walk with 2x 70lb kettlebells
5 minutes side plank

eat:
830am: omelette with ham, veggies and cheese; bacon; berries
1130am: turkey and salami roll up with tomato; 3 hard boiled eggs
6pm: steak; steamed broccoli; roasted sweet potato
8pm: strawberries
