Friday 9 March

sleep: asleep by 10pm, up at 630am without an alarm

work: 430pm:
open WOD 12.3: AMRAP in 18 minutes of 15 box jumps (20") + 12 push press (75lbs) + 9 toes to bar: 218 (6 rounds + 2 jumps). That was much harder than I thought it would be. It was also hard doing it when it was so quiet in the gym - pretty sure I could have gotten another half a round if I did it Saturday morning with everyone else.

eat:
7am: butternut beef scramble
2pm: Carlton salad at the Cheesecake Factory (chicken, apples, oranges, avocado, dried cranberries, goat cheese, pecans)
6pm: sausage sweet potato spinach scramble
9pm: blueberries
