heavy single in 10 minutes: high bar back squat: 200lbs (PR!)

4 sets @ 95-97% of:
15 pull-ups
20 wall ball shots, 14 lbs to 9′
25 double-unders

eat:
1pm: chili with butternut squash
6pm: sausage spinach sweet potato scramble
8pm: blueberries
