Felt extremely lethargic today (but it seems to be a common complaint today, so perhaps just the weather?). Squats all felt heavy (even when warming up with 105) but they were all fast, so kept going up. 

That might be a PR for 5 push press... The first one was the hardest, then finished the set of 5 no problem. 

Did terribly on the rope climb/handstand/double under part. Feet were very slippery on the rope and the hs walk and double unders were both broken multiple times on each set. Biggest set of double unders was 26, but mostly sets of 5-10. (Wtf?)

Airdyne sprints were actually the best part of the day. Blah.
