Last front squat was not fast at all, intended to do one more rep but it wasn't going to happen today.
Push press felt awful. Did a single at 135, then wanted to do the 3 at 145 and failed the first one. Stripped to 135 and got 3 but these felt worse than last week (when I got 5 @ 135).
The 10:00 piece was much more enjoyable and successful than last week's! First set of pull-ups matches a pr with mixed grip strict pull-ups, so that was nice. And i still don't know where these double unders came from, but I'll take them!
AD sprints were exponentially worse than last week. Got super nauseous after the second one (the heat?) and took way longer to recover than last week.
Fun day!
