complete; pistols felt terrible today.  butterfly is okay for 3-4 reps, but then I lose it.

A. complete @ 135 - ugh these were ugly.
B. 200(5), 226(3), 240(1), 226(5) x3 - these felt HEAVY today.  much worse than the heavy squats a few days ago.  happy to hit all reps though.

1:18.4 - tried to keep pace around 1:51 for all sets.  rest was just barely enough to stand up and reset the rower and sit back down.  ugh not fun.
