A. Front squat, build to a heavy single
B. 1 power snatch + 1 squat snatch, 5 x 1; 3:00 rest
C. Snatch pulls, 3 x 5 @ 95-100% snatch max; 3:00 rest
D1. Weighted hip extensions, 3 x 6-8, 4022; :60 rest
D2. Strict toes-to-bars, 3 x 10-12, 3010; :60
A. 230 (PR +5) - can definitely go heavier next time
B. 85, 95, 105, 110, 115 - hate power snatching.  ugh.
C. 125
D1. 15(8), 25(8), 35(6)
D2. 3 sets of 10 strict TTB, but couldn’t keep the tempo.
