1h snatch work with Chelsea Kyle - worked technique at light weights.  i'm having a problem letting the bar go too far away from my body between my knees and hips.  hmmm.

4:21 – all KBS unbroken; all box jumps slow and steady

85 (25+21+19+20) - had no problem hitting the 10' target, and legs felt fine, but shoulders were smoked.  lost a lot of seconds watching the time - could have easily gotten 90+ if I had someone watching the clock for me.
