sleep: 10pm to 7am (woke up at 1230am and did not fall asleep again until 3am)

8am: 3 boiled eggs with half avocado; roasted sweet potato


11am: 13.1


12pm: 23g progenex with coconut water


1pm: banana

3pm: bacon and eggs with sweet potato


730pm: grilled steak; steamed broccoli; roasted sweet potato

=153.  Finished the round of 75lb snatches at 13:23.  The round of 75lb snatches killed me (over 4 minutes) and were mostly singles.  The burpees were surprisingly okay - slow, but okay.  Pretty disappointed that I didn't have more time with the 100lb bar at the end.  I need to remember that one year ago, I could only do 83 burpees in 7 minutes and my max snatch was 83lbs.
