sleep: 10pm to 630am (trouble falling asleep; no alarm)

7am: 25:00 walk

730am: bacon and eggs with half avocado

12pm: pesto chicken with zucchini and tomato

6pm: grilled salmon; steamed broccoli; roasted sweet potato; basmati rice

8pm: 30:00 mobility and foam rolling
