really surprised myself with this one. tried to keep a 2:10/400m pace for the first 1200m, then kick it in the last 400m, finishing at a sprint. completely and utterly exhausted after the second mile. warmed up with a 1 mile jog and a half mile of jogging on the curve and striding on the straightaways.
