A little ROM work, but mostly just playing hooky and enjoying the sun
5 days in a row of PT is rough. Hurts like a bitch, but ROM is significantly improving day by day, so it was worth it.
We tried a Farmer's hold with a 5lb dumbbell - total no go. Felt like the sutures were pulling on the subscap attachment in a bad way.
ROM in the pool was not pain-free today, didn't push it.
