Sled drag was so incredibly tough. I think I moved the weight slightly better than last time, but I took so many breaks that my total time was a full minute slower than before. It was freaking muggy, which didn't help.
Got to the gym super late and still had 89 things on my to-do list for tomorrow, so skipped the last piece. Sorry, not sorry.
