Muscle-ups felt great! Did 6. I think today I had maybe an 83% kip, which is a major improvement.
Could have started heavier on the overhead carry.
Rows felt so relaxing and luxurious going a full 0:10 slower! I assumed 90% aerobic on the erg means the same as on the AirDyne - high breathing but no burn.
