Had to be at work super early today, so did the AM at 2:30 and the PM at 5:30.
Deadlifts and CTBs were nice and easy.
10 glute-ham sit-ups at a time are perfectly reasonable; not looking forward to 50 for time on Sunday...
On the 15:00 EMOM, my expectations of which pieces were going to be worst was completely backwards. I was dreading the rope climbs, but this was by far the easiest movement. Thrusters were totally easy. Those power snatches though - those were not pleasant. I think one of my least favorite movements in CrossFit are light weight, high rep power snatches. They get me every time.
