3 power cleans: 83, 93, 103, 113, 123, 123(2), 113, 113, 113, 118
6 burpees AFAP with a high jump (these felt fast today!)

1045am: eggs scrambled with chicken, broccoli and sweet potato

6pm: 2 hardboiled eggs

7pm: grilled steak with steamed broccoli; roasted sweet potato; wine
